Making the right appt: Some people come to Dr. Lisa or Dr. Susan as their primary care provider while others see them for specific consultations in integrative medicine, ongoing spiritual healing or midwifery. It's your choice.

Initial visits with both adults and children are typically 1-2 hours depending on your health and medical needs. Our office assistant will work with you to determine the most appropriate amount of time for your initial visit. Prior to seeing you, Dr. Lisa or Dr. Susan will review previous medical records or tests. During the first visit, they will take the time to learn about you by listening to your health concerns, learning about your past medical history and family history. They will talk with you about your emotional and spiritual well-being, nutritional concerns and all medications and supplements you are taking. This visit may also include a physical examination. In addition, some functional medicine testing may be indicated and offered to look deeper into physiologic imbalance of digestion, hormones, adrenal glands and immune system.

Follow-up visits range from 15-60 minutes. We also refer to and collaborate with other licensed alternative practitioners and medical specialists in the area.

$220 per hour ($55 per 15 minutes) for the following services:

$25 per urgent phone consult <7 min

$160 per session for initial Plant Spirit Medicine intake

$80 per session for ongoing Plant Spirit Medicine

Approximately $4900 for total pregnancy and newborn care: Insurance payments and Medicaid are accepted, discounts for self-pay and pre-pay patients. This is the estimate for uncomplicated prenatal care, labor and birth support and post-partum care for you and your newborn. Labs are not included. Additional fees may be added if complications or special needs arise.

$150-220 per day for newborn care in the hospital or home, covered by insurance and Medicaid up to 1 month of age

$30-50 per vaccine for mercury free vaccines plus an office visit fee (15-45 min)

$20 for phoning in medication refills

$50 for missed appointments not cancelled within 24 hrs

$150 deposit for new patients to reserve an appointment time is requested. It is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours. This payment is applied to the charge for your first visit.

  *In house labs: urinalysis $15, wet prep $15, rapid strep $25, pregnancy test $25, finger-prick hemoglobin $25

$15 specimen handling fee is applied to specimens that we send to an outside lab such as urine cultures, pap smears, throat cultures, biopsies, stool samples

$15/kit for specialty lab kits
