Integrative Medicine, Pregnancy/Newborn Care, and Plant Spirit Medicine with Dr. Lisa Lichtig and Dr. Susan Ehrsam

Integrative Medicine Consultations for children and adults in the office, by phone, by email, in home or in hospital - $260/hr billed in 15 minute increments (office home and hospital visits may be eligible for insurance reimbursement)

Midwifery Style Pregnancy and Newborn Care - fees vary, Medicaid and Insurance payments are accepted

Plant Spirit Medicine - $125/treatment (1 hr) $225 for initial consultation (2-3 hrs)

Integrative Functional Medicine Consults with Dr. Patrick Hanaway

Integrative Functional Medicine Consultations for children and adults with complex health concerns in the office, by phone, or by email - $480/hr billed in 15 minute increments (office visits may be eligible for insurance reimbursement)

Dr. Hanaway's services are currently limited to direct physician referral.  Care providers should submit a written request, summary and patient consent to Dr. Hanaway for review.  Upon acceptance of the case, an initial face-to-face intake with the patient is required.  All follow-up can be managed via phone or encrypted email.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is expected at the time of service. Payment to Drs. Lichtig, Ehrsam and Hanaway can be made by check, cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Changing your appointment is your responsibility. Our practitioners do not double book. Thus, not showing up for a scheduled visit prevents someone else from receiving care. 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being billed for services.
