Prenatal Yoga

Whether you are currently expecting or trying to conceive, prepare your body, mind and spirit for carrying a new life.  In our time together, we will focus on breath work, relaxation, and strengthening the areas of your body that are most vital for a healthy pregnancy and birth.  Nurture your body and come together with others to honor the abundant life force within us.  All levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Postpartum Yoga

The weeks and months after birth are some of the most joyful - and often fatiguing - times in the life of a new mother.  Taking the time to nurture your own mind, heart and body is essential in order to offer your most loving energy and complete awareness to the little one who needs it most.  In our time together, we will create  a supportive environment in which to focus on realigning the body, stregthening the core, calming the mind and opening the heart to the many changes and challenges of new parenthood.  All levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Yoga for Menopause

Designed for women in all stages of their menopausal journey, this class helps women regain a sense of control and compassion for their bodies as they experience the many changes of menopause.  Calm the nervous system, ease mood swings and hot flashes, build bone and muscle strength, and embrace your internal power in a supportive and intimate environment.  All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
